tah x ingat la..(lenkali kena bawa buku nota kecik g mana2)

breakfast
nasi lemak (half) - 194.75 kalori
ayam goreng - 178 kalori
nescafe latte - 88.7 kalori

total amik masa bekpes 460.75 kalori (yes yes..less thn 500 kalori)

lunch
nasi suku - 83.25 kalori
ayam goreng - 178 kalori


dinner
roti john saiz kecik - 265.50 kalori

total kalori amik semalam = 987.50 kalori (wah!!!!!!!!!!!!)

air kosong more than 1.5 litre

nota: i amik lesser kalori coz dah 2 hari x exercise, x sihat..huhu
