roti john saiz kecik - 265.50 kalori
total kalori amik semalam = 987.50 kalori (wah!!!!!!!!!!!!)
air kosong more than 1.5 litre
nota: i amik lesser kalori coz dah 2 hari x exercise, x sihat..huhu
