pagi2 dh dapat sms reminder from a friend

so pagi2 kita mengosongkn perut kita..x isi byk sgt..

yg dimakan ms breakfast
tosai kaya - 192 + 4 (kaya skit) = 196
air suam - 0


lunch time..huwaaa..org belanja makn ikan bakar kt jalan bellamy
going together with kak ha and pn noraini..

ikan pari bakar saiz kecik - 250
sotong bakar saiz sederhana 2 ekor (each 150 gram) - 340.83
nasi separuh - 105
ulam - 0
air tembikai laici (more to sirap laici) - 112

snack petang
murtabak 3 potong kecik - 235.8
otak otak 1 - 100

from breakfast to snack petang kalorie taken = 1,339.63 (byknyaaa!!!)

tips makan bila org belanja..sila makan slowly..and nikmati each and every food yg kita amik..mkn slow2..jgn disulam dgn air..takut kita senak perut
