Jam 7 pagi -
Yogurt Low Fat Marigold - 95 kalori

Breakfast -
kuehtiow goreng - 284.03 kalori
telur goreng mata - 110 kalori
kopi radix 23g - 86.59 kalori

sampai jam 10 pagi i've taken more than 500 kalori. kena ubah lagi my diet cmni

lunch time:
bubur nasi ayam -249.4 kalori
old town white coffee 3 in 1 - 183 kalori

total amik until lunch is 1,007.62 kalori
my limit each day is - 1,946.68 kalori

ada belen lagi 939.06 kalori but still ai xmo makan lebih dr 1,500 kalori each day
ini target aku

Jom Tukar..

no no bukan nak wat deko idaman ok
i've decided to mke this blog sbg my journal utk losing my weight
yeah yeah..i'm turning into dugong rasanya (ke paus biru?)
yup dulu pop a pill and so many health drinks..
starving..sumer buat..turun takat 2-3 kilo..then naik 10 kilo (apakah?)

so now..i war warkn in this blog..
i wanna losing weight..
target to lose: 20 kg
target time: end of this year (huh?..)
today: 28th April 2011
estimated date end: 28th december 2011

so starting with my meal journal la..(jgn gelak ok..i siyes nih)

Breakfast:
roti canai 2 keping (jgn gelak aaa) - 301.5 x 2 = 603 kalori
Neslo Panas: 1 cawan = 113 kalori


Pukul 10 -
Kopi Radix 1 peket = 86.59kalori

Lunch -
1 pocket KFC = 440 kalori
1 ketul ayam kfc bhgn (thigh) - yes ai buang kulit n lemak = 313 kalori
Air; milo no ais = 75 kalori

Tea time
Mixed Peach Mango Yogurt = 95 kalori

total kalori intake = 1,725.59!!! (ko gila?)

hmm camno nih..belum dinner lagi aku pun

so nampak gaya Roti canai out from my list..fast food once in a blue moon ai amik

balance nak amik kalori for taday 227.04 (aku nak makan apa ek)

Siyesly..

siyesly..aku cuba sehabis baik nak losing weight
betul nih x main2
alhamdulillah berterusan 2 hari..hihi
nak cuba nak cuba
utk kesihatan aku gak

siyesly..aku x kemaruk jwtn
x heran pon..biasa la kan dh ada yg disyg terbaru
daku ditinggalkan..
hahahaha ada ke aku heran?

Almost 3 years

Hampir 3 tahun dah berkahwin

ai boleh agak and faham a few things abt en suami,
nota buat diri..ttg my en suami

1. kalau kt rumah, let him choose which channel dia nk tgk
2. if dia tgh tidor, jgn paksa dia utk bangun melainkan utk kerja shja
3. shower bath kalau habis, sila isi sendrik dalam botol berkenaan..dia mmg x pandai
4. sampah kena minta tolong dia buangkan, dia akan buat if tgh rajin
